Terms, Privacy, cancelation/Refund policies


1. I will not sell or give anyone any info about you, your order, or the way you drink your coffee.

2. These cookies and the presentation of them mean a great deal to me and it means more to me that you love them. If you have some constructive criticism or ideas, let me know.

3. If your cookies arrive stale, broken, smooshed, not the flavor you ordered, or partly eaten by the mail carrier, let me know. I want to make sure you are happy.

4. I ship using United States Postal Service, priority mail - it is the most efficient, cost effective means I have found. If you want something else, let me know.

5. The versions with alcohol have alcohol in them. It is a very small amount, but it is in there. Political correctness says I have to say if you are pregnant or going to give these to a child, eat sparingly.

6. Your order is shipped out as fast as I can possibly do so. If it is going to take me more than 3 days to bake and ship your order, I will let you know as fast as I can.

7. If I have to cancel your order, I will let you know exactly why, as soon as possible, with a full refund. If you have to cancel your order, and I have not made or shipped your cookies, you better have a good reason. If I have already baked or mailed your cookies, there are no refunds.

8. I accept PayPal and Major Credit Cards. Need another form of payment, just contact me.
